Growth Consulting Services and its affiliates (referred to as “Growth Consulting” or “we”) provide the content on its websites or applications that include a link to these Terms of Service (the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). We reserve the right to periodically modify the Terms without prior notice, so it is advisable to review them periodically. These Terms were last updated on May 7, 2018. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. You agree not to post or publish on the Site any materials that:

(b) would constitute or encourage criminal offenses, civil liability, or any other violation of the law;
(c) infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;

Growth Consulting does not endorse or represent the accuracy or reliability of information posted by users on the Site. While Growth Consulting does not review all user-posted information, we reserve the right to refuse or remove any information, in whole or in part, for any reason or no reason.
Growth Consulting prohibits the posting of any information that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including privacy and publicity rights) of any person or entity. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, you may send a written notification to Growth Consulting at the address provided below.
The notification should contain the following information:

Growth Consulting will promptly remove any posted submission that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights upon receipt of a statement conforming to the requirements of INDIAN law (or Section 13 of the Copyright Act 1957). Submitting a false statement may result in significant penalties under INDIAN law. In appropriate circumstances, individuals repeatedly submitting infringing or unlawful material may be prohibited from posting further submissions. No Site Content is intended to serve as or shall be deemed as investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated advice. You assume sole responsibility for your use of all Site Content and acknowledge that any reliance on such content is entirely at your own risk. All content and functionality on the Site are provided “as is” without any warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Growth Consulting and its third-party content providers make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the ownership, accuracy, or adequacy of the Site Content. Growth Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or losses, or for lost revenues or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, and regardless of the theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Growth Consulting and all of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives, and attorneys, as well as their respective heirs, successors, and assigns (“Growth Consulting Indemnified Parties”), from and against any and all liability, expenses, costs, or other losses (“Losses”) incurred by Growth Consulting and/or Growth Consulting Indemnified Parties in connection with any claims arising from your use of the Site or any breach of these Terms, including any representations, warranties, and covenants made by you by agreeing to these Terms. Growth Consulting reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bhopal Madhya Pradesh, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles.
