Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery)

  1. Digital Product Delivery
    All our products — including toolkits, strategy guides, templates, eBooks, online training, and downloadable resources — are digitally delivered. No physical items will be shipped.

  2. Delivery Timeline
    Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link or access credentials within 5–15 minutes. If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at [support@growth-consulting.in].

  3. Access Format
    Products may be delivered in formats such as PDF, ZIP, DOCX, or through access to a secure online portal or learning platform.

  4. Download Limits
    Some products may have download limits or expiration periods for access. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation
    As our products are delivered instantly and electronically, we do not accept cancellations once the payment is processed and the product has been accessed or downloaded.

  2. Pre-Access Cancellation (Rare Exceptions)
    If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product and wish to cancel within 2 hours of purchase, you may request a cancellation. Approval is at our discretion.

  3. Subscription-Based Products
    If your purchase is part of a subscription (e.g., monthly access to new digital content), you may cancel future billing at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
